Raj Patel is a licensed real estate broker in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia, and the principal broker of Ikon Realty of Ashburn.
From one home to thousands of closings
Raj earned his Virginia real estate license in 2001 and became a broker in 2005. In 2006 he opened Ikon Realty of Ashburn — just as the housing market slid into the Great Recession. He made it through the same way he works today: putting clients first, one home at a time.
Since then, Ikon has grown from Virginia into Maryland, Washington DC and most recently West Virginia. Raj has represented clients in residential, commercial, short-term rental and land deals, and many of them have trusted him with transaction after transaction.
Raj also owns Loudoun Title (title and settlement) and Dynamic Property Management, and holds a Virginia Class A contractor license — so buyers, sellers and investors get one experienced point of contact for the deal, the title, renting the home out and fixing it up.
