Last updated 2026-10-20.
This policy explains how Raj Patel, Broker handles information on this website.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. When you use a form on this site (for example Contact or a request form), the details you type are sent to our team by email so we can reply. The website itself does not keep a copy.
- Questions you ask Kai. Kai answers from the text of this website. Your question is used to find an answer and to protect the service from misuse; we do not use it for advertising. We also keep a count of the questions visitors ask most, so the most common ones can become quick buttons and missing answers can be added. Before a question is kept, email addresses, phone numbers, long numbers and links are removed, and the counts start again every year.
- Basic technical data. Like every website, our hosting records technical details such as your browser type and IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
- We use a spam check (Google reCAPTCHA) on forms, which is subject to Google's privacy policy.
- If you choose a language from the language menu, the page is translated by Google Translate, which is subject to Google's privacy policy. Google's translation tool is loaded only after you pick a language.
