As first-time home buyers, we viewed multiple properties in Ashburn, Chantilly, Leesburg, and Oakhill. Raj Patel from Ikon Realty kept our interests as his top priority until we found our dream home. Throughout the transaction, Raj explained the entire home buying process, advised us on how to protect ourselves from fraud, arranged an excellent home inspector, and coordinated with the loan officer and title company to ensure everything went smoothly. Our new home also had an added complication with a solar loan, but Raj handled it seamlessly, and we successfully closed. We are now proud homeowners, having achieved the biggest American dream of owning our home.

I highly recommend Ikon Realty of Ashburn and Raj Patel - We explored properties in DC and Arlington area and based on our needs, he advised us to but the smaller property now since its just me and my mother. Raj's due diligence during our Arlington property purchase was invaluable; we feel like we own the property with payments far less than what we would have paid in rent. Raj's extensive experience is real estate, dating back to 2002, helped us understand every step of the process. Despite the seller's initial statement that it might take 8 - 12 weeks for the whole process to be approved by the management, Raj's expertise and proactive approach enabled us to close rather in 4 weeks. We are so happy and thank full for his guidance and support.
